Automation & systems for operators

Automation that never clocks out.

Lead pipelines, CRM automation, and back-office systems for real estate operators and small businesses — built and run by an operator who runs his own.

What I build

Working systems, not slide decks.

Flagship build

The Lead Pipeline Build

Every lead you generate — captured, enriched, scored, and followed up. Automatically.

A fixed-scope build of your intake-to-close pipeline: lead capture from every source, skip-tracing and data enrichment, lead scoring, CRM handoff, and automated response and follow-up — with health monitoring so nothing silently breaks. It's the same class of system I run in my own acquisition business, scoped to yours in a short paid audit so you know exactly what you're getting before the build starts.

/ 01

Back-office automation

The manual work between your tools — data re-entry, status updates, handoffs between systems — wired to happen on its own.

/ 02

Custom internal dashboards

Your whole operation on one screen. Small internal tools that give you the visibility and control your off-the-shelf software doesn't.

/ 03

Fractional Automation

I own, monitor, maintain, and improve your systems month over month — so your automation keeps running, and keeps getting better, without you hiring anyone.

No marketing websites. No hourly billing. No slide-deck strategy. I ship working systems.
Proof

Built for myself first.

Before Baseload had a name, it had a production system: the pipeline that runs my own real estate acquisition business in Southwest Florida.

The problem. Off-market acquisition runs on research and follow-up. Every lead starts as a thin public record, and turning it into a conversation meant hours of manual work per lead — with good leads leaking whenever follow-up depended on memory.

What got built. An end-to-end pipeline: automated intake from public-record sources, AI-agent research, 0–10 lead scoring, and an engine that handles responses and every scheduled follow-up. A monitoring layer watches the whole thing and flags failures before they cost pipeline.

What it does now. The business runs through it. Leads are captured, researched, and scored without manual work, and response and follow-up happen on schedule instead of depending on anyone remembering. It runs largely unattended — I review a ranked queue each morning and step in when a real conversation starts.

"The pipeline was already working while I slept."
Who it's for

If your operation runs on manual work a system should be doing.

Real estate operators & investors

Wholesalers, small acquisition shops, brokers, property managers. If deals die in your follow-up, that's the exact problem I built my own system to solve.

Local service businesses

Home services, medical and dental practices, law offices, contractors. Real back-office pain, no time to fix it, nobody on staff who builds systems.

Small agencies

Internal ops, client reporting, and white-labeled automation you can run for your own clients.

E-commerce brands

Order and ops automation, and integrations that end the copy-paste between platforms.

Probably not a fit: pre-revenue startups, anyone shopping on price, anyone who wants a website.
How it works

Defined, fixed-scope, and safe to say yes to.

STEP 01

Discovery

A free 30-minute call. You tell me where the manual pain is; I tell you honestly whether automation fixes it and roughly what that's worth. For bigger builds, a short paid audit maps your systems and produces the exact scope.

STEP 02

Build

Fixed scope, signed agreement, defined timeline. Deposit to start, balance on delivery. You see the system working before you pay the balance — no hourly meter, no black box.

STEP 03

Run / Retain

Once it's live, run it yourself — it's yours — or put it on a retainer and I'll monitor, maintain, and improve it month over month.

I build it. I run it. You close.
Who's behind this

An operator who runs his own stack.

I'm Slater. I run a real estate acquisition business in Southwest Florida, and I got tired of watching leads leak out of a back office that ran on spreadsheets and memory. So I built the system myself: automated intake, AI-agent research, lead scoring, and follow-up that fires on its own. It's been running in production ever since.

I'm self-taught. There's no agency behind this, no offshore team, no account manager — you work directly with the person who builds and runs your system. That's a feature, not a limitation: I only take on a few clients at a time, and everything I ship, I could be running at 6 AM the next morning.

Baseload exists because the systems I built for my own business are the systems most small operators need and can't hire for. My business was the first client. Yours gets handled the same way.
